“Garrett came over the next day after we called for help with a ceiling leak when we ran the upstairs shower. We feared a costly solution as weeks prior we spent hundreds on another plumbing company that failed to fix it. Garrett quickly determined the leak was from the shower head splashing water on the unsealed faucet handle and spout. Water traveled through the unsealed space, down the drainpipe and onto the floor/ceiling. He fixed it by applying a clear sealant and finished in an hour with minimal cost and in a pleasant, professional manner. He also asked us to let him know the next day if everything remained OK.
